You must be a current student, faculty member, or staff of the University of Washington to use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of content you post on Loop In. By posting content, you grant Loop In a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App.

Loop In is not responsible for events or study sessions posted by users. Users are responsible for verifying event details and obtaining necessary permissions for organizing events.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Loop In shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
