This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Loop In ("we," "us," or "our") for the Loop In mobile application ("App").
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Our collection and use of personal information through the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App may integrate with or enable access to third-party services. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms of service.
We may provide updates or upgrades to the App. This Agreement applies to all updates unless accompanied by separate terms.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You must comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
