End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and LoopIn ("we," "us," or "our") for the LoopIn mobile application ("App").

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws
• Distribute, lease, license, sell, or otherwise transfer the App

3. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, including how Frosty handles questions, study files and voice.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or enable access to third-party services. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms of service.

5. Updates

We may provide updates or upgrades to the App. This Agreement applies to all updates unless accompanied by separate terms. Features may vary by campus and release. Our Terms of Service also apply to campus content, Study Rooms and Frosty.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Export Compliance

You must comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
